Float Pro

By placing a pre-order for the Float Pro you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Definitions
  • “Product”: the Float Pro to be delivered upon completion of development, this is expected to be the end of November 2025.
  • “Consumer”: maybe you! An enthusiastic brewer that can’t wait to ferment with the Float Pro.
  • “Pre‑order”: an advance order by the Consumer, entitling the Consumer to receive the Product once it becomes available.
  • “Delivery”: the provision of the Product, shipped to the Consumer.
  1. Formation of Contract
  • The contract is concluded when the pre‑order is placed successfully and payment has been fully received.
  • After payment, the Consumer will receive an email confirmation of the pre‑order.
  1. Price and Payment
  • The price of the Product is inclusive of VAT and must be paid in advance via the available payment methods.
  • Once the pre‑order is confirmed, the agreed price cannot be changed.
  1. Delivery

The delivery of the Product is divided into brackets:
1) For the first 500 units, the following applies:

  • The expected delivery date of the first 500 units of the Product is the end of December 2025. This is indicative and may be postponed due to delays in manufacturing or technical constraints.

2) For units 500-1000 the following applies:

  • If your older falls in this bracket, you’ll be informed about this,
  • The expected delivery date of units 500-1000 of the Product is the first week of March 2026.

3) For units 1000+ the following applies:

  • If your older falls in this bracket, you’ll be informed about this,
  • You’ll be informed about the expected delivery date of units 1000+ when your order falls in this bracket.

In general the following applies to delivery:

  • If the Product is not delivered within 90 days after the expected delivery date, the Consumer has the right to cancel free of charge and obtain a full refund.
  1. Withdrawal and Cancellation
  • Cancellation of the pre‑order is possible at any time prior to shipment; the Consumer will receive a full refund in that case.
  • After delivery, cancellation or refund is only possible if the Product does not conform to its description or is technically defective.
  1. Changes to the Terms
  • Brewbrain reserves the right to amend these terms. Any changes will be communicated via the website. If changes are detrimental to the Consumer, the Consumer may cancel the agreement.
  1. Governing Law and Disputes
  • These terms are governed by Dutch law.
  • Disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the court in The Hague.
