An enthusiastic brewer that can&#8217;t wait to ferment with the <a href=\"https:\/\/brewbrain.nl\/de\/product\/float-pro\/\">Float Pro<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cPre\u2011order\u201d<\/strong>: an advance order by the Consumer, entitling the Consumer to receive the Product once it becomes available.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cDelivery\u201d<\/strong>: the provision of the Product, shipped to the Consumer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Formation of Contract<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The contract is concluded when the pre\u2011order is placed successfully and payment has been fully received.<\/li>\n<li>After payment, the Consumer will receive an email confirmation of the pre\u2011order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Price and Payment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The price of the Product is inclusive of VAT and must be paid in advance via the available payment methods.<\/li>\n<li>Once the pre\u2011order is confirmed, the agreed price cannot be changed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The expected delivery date of the Product is the end of January 2026. This is indicative and may be postponed due to delays in manufacturing or technical constraints.<\/li>\n<li>If the Product is not delivered within 90 days after the expected delivery date, the Consumer has the right to cancel free of charge and obtain a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Withdrawal and Cancellation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation of the pre\u2011order is possible at any time prior to shipment; the Consumer will receive a full refund in that case.<\/li>\n<li>After delivery, cancellation or refund is only possible if the Product does not conform to its description or is technically defective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Changes to the Terms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Brewbrain reserves the right to amend these terms. Any changes will be communicated via the website.
